1. No physical products are shipped
Hollywood Homes provides accommodation and related guest services. We do not sell or ship physical products through this website. Shipping charges, delivery couriers and physical product delivery times therefore do not apply.
2. How a booking is delivered
After a successful booking and payment, the guest receives an on-screen or electronic confirmation using the contact details provided. Check-in details, access instructions and any property-specific information are supplied before arrival. The purchased service is fulfilled at the booked accommodation on the confirmed stay dates.
3. Returns do not apply
Because accommodation is a time-based service rather than a physical item, products cannot be returned or exchanged. Requests to cancel a booking, change dates or obtain a refund are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Booking problems
If you do not receive a confirmation or experience a problem with the booked accommodation, contact us promptly with the booking name, reference and stay dates so we can investigate and assist.
